TalkCut (talkcut.kr) is a free web service that lets you upload KakaoTalk chat export files (.txt, .csv), extract conversations by date range and speaker, and generate AI-optimized prompts for summarization.
2. Service Usage
- Anyone can use the service without registration or login.
- Uploaded files are processed only in the user's browser and are not sent to any server.
- The service is provided "AS IS" and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
3. User Obligations
- You must not use this service to collect or distribute others' conversations without their consent.
- You must not use the service for illegal activities.
- Inputting chat content into AI services is done at the user's own judgment and responsibility.
4. Disclaimer
- TalkCut does not guarantee the accuracy of extracted text or AI summary results.
- The user is responsible for chat content entered into external AI services.
- TalkCut is not liable for any data loss or damages during service use.
5. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for TalkCut's design, logo, and content belong to TalkCut. Rights to uploaded chat content belong to the user, and TalkCut does not collect or use such content.
6. Advertising
TalkCut currently displays no advertising or affiliate marketing links. If that changes, these terms and the privacy policy will be updated and the change will be disclosed on the site.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be changed as needed, and amended terms take effect upon being posted on the service.
